Lake O’Hara Bus - Day Only
For Day Use (Bus Only)
Visitors to Lake O’Hara for the day trip only can book their bus reservation either on-line or by telephone with the Parks Canada Reservation Service.
Reservations for 2019 season starts on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 for any day of the season. This is not available to campers or licenced guiding companies.
Day Use reservations for the entire season open Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at 8:00 am MDT. Maximum of 6 people per reservation. All seats on the bus will be gode in 5 minutes or less.
There are some cancelations during the summer so keep an eye on the reservation system regularly.

Lake O’Hara Bus + Campground (overnight)
Reservations open Monday, April 1, 2019.
Reservations may be booked THREE MONTHS to the day in advance of your trip.

Call schedule: 8 am to noon AND 1 pm to 4 pm
April 1 to May 24, 2019: Monday to Friday
May 25 to June 16, 2019: Daily
June 17 to October 4, 2019: Monday to Friday
Book Early: The 30 campground sites are usually fully booked by 10 a.m. MDT on the first day that reservations are accepted, three months ahead of your first night’s stay.
All times are listed in Mountain Daylight Time; the same time as Calgary, AB and Golden, BC.
Weekends: If you are calling from April 1 to May 24 or after June 17 three months ahead of time for a date that falls on the weekend, please call the following Monday during office hours.
You might need to call multiple times (100+), you might get busy signal and get disconnected. You need to re-dial. If you are not able to get through between 8AM - 9AM you might be out of luck.
There are some cancelations during the summer so keep an eye on the Campground Availability Report regularly.
